To understand the customer requirement through design document and model the circuits in the Transmission and IP related inventories with all necessary details of service to be delivered to the customer. Any issues with submitted orders are collected and constructively referred back to the submitter for clarification within SLA terms. Works closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our innovative solutions are delivered timely. Accountable for accuracy of order-related systems, updating global design document with circuit references created in inventory systems and thus timely order delivery. Deliver services ordered as part of Vodafone’s Fixed Connectivity portfolio with focus on cycle time reduction, SLA’s and quality of deliveries.
Long Description
Create customer order requirements in inventory systems and update global design document with order related info within the agreed SLA’s and quality definitions.
Work with IP and International Capacity Planning team for Interconnect node requirement.
Analyse the customer requirement, model inventories and prepare schematic diagram of the service designed,
Validate and proceed design as per the feasibility tool, Co-ordinate with delivery manager for third party reference
Under Graduates/ Diploma / BE in any specialisation
Basic understanding of fixed connectivity landscape in Telecom industry
Experience working in Global Provide function will be an added advantage
Should have at least 1 year of working experience with a Telcom
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge on SDH/DWDM /MPLS.
Proficient in using MS office tools.
Ability to adjust to work load peaks that can occur in an aggressive sales environment.
